Conditions of Use 1) The client can only finalize its order been registered in our site. 2) By registering, the costumer can fully use the shop. As well as, will get periodically in its email information about new products, prices, free articles and so on. 3) We assume the commitment of privacy and security of all personal information and the use of the mention data only to process orders and promotion of products (newsletter). 4) All orders made in our online shop will be delivered through the Portuguese Postal System (CTT – www.ctt.pt). 5) All products have VAT included at the legal Portuguese tax (21%). 6) When you place an order and the mention product is in stock, the delivery will be made by the selected option. The delivery is of the responsibility of the Portuguese Postal System and it usually takes between 10 – 15 working days, except when the mention product isn’t available on stock. 7) If the product isn’t available on stock (due to the huge amount of articles in our catalogue we have a policy of using small stocks) we will do all efforts to dispatch the order the soon as possible. On most cases the delivery of orders with temporarily sold out articles is of 15 – 20 working days except rupture of stocks in our suppliers. 8) All orders successfully made will be registered in our site and can be checked by the costumer. The costumer can than follow the state of an order by checking its status which can be: Pending: Been processed for delivery or expecting the reception of any temporarily sold out article. Processing: Order sent to the Portuguese Postal Offices. On the way to the shipping address. Delivered: Order collected by the costumer. Information given by the Portuguese Postal Offices to Ancient Ceremonies. 9) The delivery of orders paid by check or bank transfer will be only made after good collection. 10) The shippings using the paying method of Cash On Delivery are only possible for Portuguese costumers. Costumers with shipping addresses out of Portugal can only use upfront paying methods. 11) All orders will only be sent to clients using a valid email addresses (verified automatically by our system), valid shipping addresses (verified using the Portuguese Postal System website – www.ctt.pt) and valid phone number.
