DELIVERY
Ancient Ceremonies has available to all headbangers through the online shop the possibility of making his shoppings.
Buying in our site implies the delivery of the order through the Portuguese Postal Offices (CTT). To the value charged by the product there is a surcharge of the shipping that is defined by the Portuguese Postal Offices (CTT - www.ctt.pt). All orders are sent via registered airmail delivery for international costumers.
RETURNS
We only accept returns in exceptional cases, like error in the sent article or articles with factory defects and if:
- We are informed and after our authorization.
- In the maximum period of 15 days after its reception.
- Returned in its original and unopened box and in the same conditions that was sold.
- In the case the client doesn't want to make the exchange of the article we do not return the shipping costs, only the value of the article.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of articles for not having reached personal expectations. For instance, ending up not liking a CD, LP, DVD or whatever.
